Ryan spent a few weeks helping me learn to make an Android project in Kotlin. He's both personable and knowledgeable, and does a good job of explaining things. He was helpful both with directing me toward good ways to build my app, and in diagnosing and fixing most of my problems. The one time we got stuck during a session and were unable to accomplish anything, I got an email later that night saying he had figured it out and sent me the solution. I'd say the only downside is his limited availability, but he was willing to answer quick questions over messages even if not available for a meeting, which was super helpful.
